Australia Air Freight Temporary Suspension Notice

Dear Valued Customer,
Since the New Year, Malaysian Customs has been strictly cracking down on the smuggling of e-cigarettes. As a result, there have been significant delays in cargo clearance. To ensure the safety and timeliness of your shipments, we have decided to temporarily delay the shipment of goods from Australia to Malaysia via our consolidation service.
Once the customs clearance process returns to normal, we will resume the service and notify you accordingly. If you have urgent shipments that need to be sent from Australia to Malaysia, we recommend using Australia Post or other tax-exempt shipping services like FedEx.
