Shipping Terms & Important Notes

Tokyo DepartureShipments are normally arranged every Friday. Cargo should preferably arrive at the Tokyo warehouse no later than Thursday.

Osaka DepartureShipments are normally arranged every Friday. Cargo should preferably arrive at the Osaka warehouse no later than Wednesday.

1–5 KGOnly West Malaysia shipments within 1–5KG use first + additional kg pricing. Tokyo: RM37 first 1KG + RM33 additional 1KG. Osaka: RM35 first 1KG + RM31 additional 1KG.

6 KG+Once chargeable weight reaches 6KG or more, first/additional kg pricing no longer applies. The whole shipment is charged using the applicable per-kg weight tier.

Warehouse PickupTokyo pickup starts from 30KG and is quoted according to address, cargo volume and pickup date. Osaka selected areas follow the listed free-pickup thresholds and charges.

Free StorageAfter cargo arrives and is checked into the Malaysia warehouse, 30 days of free storage is provided for consolidation with later Japan shipments.

Weight LimitIndividual parcels are generally limited to 40KG. Please confirm overweight cargo before shipping.

Size LimitPlease confirm in advance if any side exceeds 150CM or if total dimensions exceed 240CM.

Cargo ClassificationFinal acceptance of general, sensitive or special cargo is subject to warehouse and carrier review.

Rate ChangesInternational air freight rates may change due to airline charges, capacity, carrier or policy changes. Final settlement follows the system rate.

Claims & Liability: Appropriate cargo insurance is recommended for high-value shipments. Without insurance, confirmed loss compensation is limited to USD80 or three times the paid freight charge, whichever is lower. Transit delays are not compensated. Delays caused by weather, customs inspection, flight adjustments, policy changes or other uncontrollable factors, and related indirect or commercial losses, are excluded.
