Why do some quotes show “Enquire”?
The channel does not currently have a fixed public quote. Customer service will confirm it based on the order, and the calculator will not use an unconfirmed quote.
Can I still calculate after the cut-off?
Yes, for reference only. The current-day quote is not locked and the order will use the next working day's latest quote.
How is the company-account fee calculated?
China company-account receiving is available only under Bank Express. RM45 is added to the converted MYR amount.
Is this an interbank FX rate?
No. This page displays supplier-payment transaction quotes. Final transaction terms are subject to order confirmation.
