Furniture, machinery, fragile goods, moisture-sensitive items and other shipments may benefit from additional packing protection.
Wooden Crating
Furniture, machinery, fragile goods or items requiring stronger protection can be secured with wooden crating according to shipment size and condition, helping reduce impact and compression risk during handling and transport.

Bubble Wrap Packing
Bubble wrap adds cushioning around the shipment to help reduce risk caused by impact, friction or compression during handling and transportation.
Actual material usage and charges depend on parcel size and packing requirements.
Waterproof Packing
An additional protective layer can be added to parcels that are sensitive to water, moisture or require extra outer protection.
This may reduce ordinary moisture exposure but does not constitute a full waterproof guarantee.
Fragile Handling Label
A fragile label may be attached to the outer packaging to help warehouse and transport personnel identify parcels requiring more careful handling.
The label is for handling reference only and does not guarantee that damage will not occur in transit.
Check Your Goods or Reduce Unnecessary Packaging Before Dispatch
Where the relevant warehouse provides the service, you may request basic inspection, photography or packaging removal before arranging onward shipping.
Inspection Service
The warehouse may assist with a basic inspection within the available service scope if you need to confirm the item or packaging condition before shipment.
This is not professional quality control. The inspection scope must be confirmed in advance.
Photo Service
Request warehouse photos to confirm the item, packaging or parcel condition before deciding on the next handling step.
Please confirm in advance if specific angles, quantities or detailed photos are required.
Outer Packaging Removal
Where a seller uses an oversized carton or unnecessary outer packaging, partial removal may help reduce unnecessary parcel volume.
Removing original packaging may reduce the seller's original protection. Consider the nature of the goods before requesting this service.
Storage, Payment Assistance and Additional Cargo Protection
Storage Service
Parcels from different sellers or arriving at different times may be stored at the relevant warehouse while waiting for other shipments. China and Malaysia warehouses currently provide up to 60 calendar days of free storage. Other countries and warehouse locations are subject to their applicable rules.
COD / Advance Payment Assistance
For eligible parcels, selected warehouses may assist with cash-on-delivery or related advance-payment arrangements, with the Customer subsequently settling the applicable amount and service charges.
Not available at every warehouse. Exchange rates, service fees, payment methods and applicable limits must be confirmed before use.
Cargo Insurance
Cargo insurance may be available for higher-value goods or shipments requiring additional protection, subject to applicable conditions.
Coverage, declared value, exclusions and claim conditions are subject to the actual insurance terms and approval.
