Sensitive cargo needs the right channel|Classify first and save time
Liquids, pastes, food, health products, cosmetics, magnetic items, electrical goods and other cargo requiring special declaration should be classified before shipping. Sea Freight Terms & Charging Notes
The following rules cover warehouse dispatch, charging, dimensions, packaging, declaration, address changes, insurance and liability. Please review them before shipping.
01|Dispatch Time & Rate Changes
Dispatch time:Payment before 6:00PM; sea-freight orders will be scheduled progressively for container loading, except Saturdays when the warehouse is closed.
Transit-time basis:The stated 16–21 or 20–30 working days are counted from when the cargo hascompleted container loading; warehouse waiting, consolidation/reinforcement, customs inspection, vessel-schedule changes, port congestion, public holidays and other uncontrollable factors may extend actual transit time.
Rate changes:Transit time and rates may change due to shipping lines, carriers, routes and related policy changes. The system rate at warehouse dispatch is final without separate notice.
02|Weight, Oversize & Volume Standards
Sea parcel weight limit:Weight limit 30KG; shipments exceeding this limit will be moved to bulk sea freight.
Bulk sea-freight weight allowance:Each m³ supports up to500KG; charges are based on volume or weight, whichever is higher.
Sea parcel oversize:If any single side of a parcelexceeds 180CM and the three-side total exceeds 300CM, it will be moved to bulk sea freight.
Bulk sea-freight oversize:If any single side of a package exceeds600CM, an oversize surcharge applies. Please contact customer service for the charge.
Volume measurement:Our volume measurement is based on carton dimensions (L × W × H), with 1cm added individually to the longest/maximum measured sides. A 1–2cm difference between our measurement and the customer's later measurement is considered normal because cargo may be compressed or deformed during transport. Woven sacks may also change shape because their contents are not rigidly fixed.
03|Fragile Items, Sensitive Cargo & Declaration Responsibility
Fragile items:At receiving, we inspect only theouter carton / external packaging. For fragile items, customers are advised to use wooden-frame reinforcement. Damage occurring during local or international transport is the sender's responsibility.
Sensitive cargo / customs:Anyspecial sensitive parcel or prohibited itemshipped as ordinary sea freight that results in return, confiscation, fines or legal penalties remains the sender's responsibility.
04|Address Changes, Insurance & Compensation
Address changes:For sea-freight orders already dispatched and in transit, changing the delivery address incursRM30 per change; orders not yet dispatched incurRM3 per change.
Transport insurance:The insurance fee is3.5%of the declared cargo value and a valid invoice must be provided. If the shipment is confirmed lost, compensation is 90% of the verified cargo value, excluding freight charges.
Without insurance:For eligible China → Malaysia shipments confirmed lost after investigation and without insurance, maximum compensation isthree times the actual freight paid or RMB600, whichever is lower。
