01

Billing & Volumetric Waiver

Air freight billing: Every 0.1KG is rounded up.

10KG volumetric waiver: Where the volumetric weight exceeds actual weight by no more than 10KG, billing is based on actual weight. Any excess difference above 10KG is calculated on a half-volumetric basis.

02

Weight, Dimensions & Oversized Cargo

One shipment may contain multiple parcels. The standard last-mile limit is 30KG per parcel.

Parcels with any side measuring 150CM or above, or overweight, oversized, palletised or wooden-crated cargo, may incur additional surcharges or require an alternative delivery arrangement.

Please contact customer service before dispatching oversized cargo.

03

Insurance & Compensation

With insurance: Insurance is charged at 3.5% of the declared cargo value. Valid proof of purchase is required. Once loss is confirmed, compensation is 90% of the verified cargo value, excluding freight charges.

Without insurance: Confirmed loss is compensated up to USD80 or three times the freight paid, whichever is lower.

Disclaimer: Transit times shown are normal-condition estimates and are not guaranteed delivery commitments. Delays caused by weather, customs inspections, flight arrangements, peak seasons, public holidays, regulatory changes or other uncontrollable factors, together with any resulting personal or commercial losses, are not compensable.
