Japan Warehouse Year-End Holiday Notice 8/12/2025 Dear Valued Customer, Our Japan warehouse will be on year-end holiday from December 27 to January 4. During this period, the warehouse will be unattended and unable to receive parcels, arrange deliveries, or handle any exceptions. To avoid the risk of loss or damage caused by parcels being left at the door during this period, please kindly remind your suppliers and logistics partners:
Do not arrange shipments with “leave at door” service during the holiday period.
If any parcel loss or damage occurs during the holiday, we will not be able to provide compensation or handling due to the warehouse being unattended. We appreciate your kind understanding.
The warehouse will resume normal operations on January 5. Thank you for your cooperation and support. We wish you a pleasant year-end holiday season!
