Dear customers, our air-freight rates from China to West and East Malaysia will be updated from 1 November 2026 (Malaysia time, UTC+8). Please check the applicable channel and charges before arranging shipment or making payment.

Rates above are in Malaysian ringgit (RM). RMB amounts on the full rate page are for reference and follow the displayed settlement exchange rate.
West Malaysia general-cargo delivery changes from DHL to SPX; the GDEX option remains available. Sensitive-cargo and special-cargo DHL services are not renamed SPX.
The listed West Malaysia general/sensitive channels apply to 0.1–100KG with a 20KG volumetric-weight allowance. East Malaysia ABX general/sensitive channels apply to 0.1–10KG with a 10KG allowance. Refer to the full rate page for chargeable-weight calculations and special-cargo terms.
East Malaysia sensitive cargo is RM0.50 more per shipment than general cargo of the same chargeable weight; the additional 0.1KG rate is the same.

Important: East Malaysia Customs clearance and tax payments

Rates for both West and East Malaysia exclude import duties, import sales tax and other statutory taxes, where applicable. A sensitive-cargo surcharge is not a tax-inclusive service fee.

For East Malaysia shipments, please allow additional time for Customs inspections, valuation checks, requests for supporting documents and payment of assessed duties or taxes. Shipments may be held pending completion of clearance requirements.
Keep genuine purchase invoices or order records, proof of payment and an itemised goods list. Product-use information, ingredients and relevant permits or approvals may also be requested.
Assessed import duties and taxes are payable by the customer. Respond promptly to requests for documents or payment. Any additional carrier clearance service charges will be explained and confirmed separately.
Customs determines whether tax is payable, the assessment and the release date. We will assist with enquiries but cannot guarantee exemption from inspection or tax, or release on a particular date. Similar requirements may also apply to West Malaysia.

Existing shipments and confirmed quotations

If your goods are already in the warehouse, payment has been made or a quotation has been confirmed, please contact customer service to check the applicable rate before dispatch.
