01｜Destination Delivery & Special Areas
Big-cargo delivery:Delivery is to ground level or the base of an apartment building only. The driver assists with unloading but does not deliver upstairs. Customers must prepare a forklift or trolley for overweight or oversized cargo.
Labuan / Limbang / Lawas:These areas follow the special-area and Zone rules shown on this page. Limbang and Lawas have a minimum shipment of0.5m³.
02｜Dispatch Time, Rates & Weight Limits
Dispatch time:Sea freight orders paid before6:00PMwill be progressively arranged for vessel loading, except when the warehouse is closed on Saturday.
Rate changes:Space, sailing schedules and rates may change due to carrier or policy adjustments. The final system rate at warehouse release applies, without separate notice for every shipment.
Small parcel:Maximum weight30KG. Shipments above the limit will be converted to sea freight big cargo.
Big cargo:Each cubic metre (m³) supports up to500KG. Chargeable volume/weight is calculated according to the applicable conversion and the higher result applies.
03｜Oversize, Measurement & Packaging
Small-parcel oversize limit:Any package with a single side over180CMand total dimensions over300CMwill be converted to sea freight big cargo.
Big-cargo oversize limit:Any package with a single side over600CMis subject to an oversize surcharge. Contact customer service for the applicable fee.
Volume measurement:We measure external carton length × width × height using operational measurement standards. A difference of about 1–2CM after delivery may occur due to compression, carton deformation or packaging changes during transport.
Fragile items:The warehouse checks only for obvious external packaging damage and does not open parcels to inspect internal contents. Wooden-crate or suitable reinforcement service is recommended. Damage caused by insufficient packaging or transport conditions is borne by the sender.
04｜Sensitive Cargo, Declaration & Address Changes
Sensitive cargo:Special sensitive goods, prohibited goods or cargo that does not meet channel requirements must not be declared as ordinary sea freight. The sender bears responsibility for returns, seizure, fines or other legal consequences caused by incorrect declaration.
Address changes:Changing the delivery address after warehouse release or while in transit costsRM30/time(RMB 49.95/occurrence); changing the address before warehouse release costsRM3/time(RMB 5.00/occurrence).
05｜Transport Insurance & Compensation
With insurance:Insurance is charged at3.5%of declared cargo value and requires a valid invoice or proof of purchase. Once loss is confirmed, compensation is90%of the verified cargo value; freight charges paid are excluded.
Without insurance:Once loss is confirmed, maximum compensation is the lower ofUSD80 or three times the freight charges paid.
06｜Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include but are not limited to white powders, flammable or explosive items, chemicals, narcotics, tobacco and alcohol, weapons or similar goods, compressed containers, corrosive items, alcohol-containing products and any goods prohibited by law or the carrier channel. Final acceptance is subject to warehouse and carrier review.
