Frequently Asked Questions
Why do some rates show “Enquire”?
It means the channel currently does not have a fixed public quote. The rate must be confirmed based on the actual order. The calculator will not use an unconfirmed rate.
Can I still estimate after the cut-off time?
Yes, for planning purposes. However, the displayed rate will not be locked. The actual order will use the latest available rate on the next business day.
How are No Document and Self-Billing charged?
No Document and Self-Billing options carry RMB 0 processing fee. If you require a Normal Invoice or E-Invoice, an RMB 50 order and document processing fee applies.
How is the corporate-account surcharge calculated?
Only Bank Express supports the China corporate-account receiving arrangement. When selected, an additional RM45 is added to the estimated MYR payment.
Is this a bank market FX rate?
No. The rates shown on this page are payment-channel quotes used for purchase-order estimation. They are not interbank market FX rates. Actual payment amounts remain subject to the applicable payment service channel and final order confirmation.
